With Pratt Strategic Accounts our goal is to maximize the satisfaction of our customers by providing them with a multi-layered service approach that will answer every need.
- Our Strategic Account Managers work closely with Pratt’s local GMs and Sales reps and together they provide constant on-site service and support for the customer at the individual plant level.
- Our Strategic Account Managers work closely with our design and technical team to find the best possible solution for the customer.
- Our Strategic Account Managers also work closely with Pratt’s Executive leadership and together offer our customers the special attention, quicker decision making and direct access to ownership at the corporate level unlike any other in the industry.
The Strategic Accounts team’s purpose is to coordinate the interaction of our individual production plants that will service the specific needs of your local facilities and your corporate needs. Our sole function is to provide Value to the relationship.
